The Ride report contains all the important information about your drivers'/couriers' trips. For example, you can see the trip status, who completed it and when, as well as the trip price and its details. You can also check the payment type. The Ride report contains all the important information about your drivers'/couriers' trips. For example, you can see the trip status, who completed it and when, as well as the trip price and its details. You can also check the payment type. In the report, you can filter trips by date, driver, vehicle, payment type, and trip type.
To open the report, in the left menu select Reports→ Rides→ Ride report.
By default, the report shows trip data for the last seven days.
Sometimes the balance of a driver/courier doesn't display information about money added for a completed trip. This may be because of technical issues on the part of the bank, or the trip needs further verification. Trips like these are sent to moderation. Typically, these trips are compensated automatically within three days. If compensation isn't received, you can apply for it manually.
Note. The driver's/courier's balance is a virtual representation of how much the taxi company owes the driver/courier. Changes to it do not entail any banking transactions.
