Add drivers and couriers

In the left menu of Fleetroom, select the People section and click the Contractors. Here you can create and edit driver and courier cards.

How to add drivers

1. To add a driver, click the “+" button at the top of the section. A new card will open.
2. Select the type:Driver.
3. Fill in the fields carefully without any typos:

Choose vehicle tab

Select the vehicle the driver will use. If you’ve already added it to Fleetroom, click Existing and select the vehicle from the drop-down list. If you haven’t, select New and enter the vehicle’s information by clicking Add Vehicle. Read more about how to add vehicles here.

Note. The Personal details, Passport details, and Bank details tabs are optional.

How to add walking couriers

1. To add a courier, click the “+" button at the top of the section. A new card will open.
2. Select the type: Courier (then On-foot courier).
3. Fill in the fields carefully without any typos:

How to change a walking courier card to a driver courier card

You can only change a walking courier to a driver courier by creating a new card in Fleetroom.

1. Open the current card, change the courier’s status to Not Working, and change their phone number to non-existent. This is required to avoid conflicts when creating a new card.
2. Create a new card and select the Courier type followed by Driver Courier. Fill in the fields carefully without any typos.
