How to use the report
Column visibility and filters are set at the top of the report.
Below is the report table with one line for each driver or courier. The number of rows in the report table depends on the applied filters. To see all employees, don't set any filter other than the mandatory Period filter.
Filter and column settings
● Period. Set the start and end of the report period, for example, from this week to next week.
● Driver. Leave this field empty if you want to select all drivers and couriers. Or you can select specific employees.
● Work Terms. Group the report by employees with the same work terms, or select All.
● Driver status. Sort data by working, non-working, or terminated employees. If you don't want to use this filter, select All.
● Category. The report can be set to only take into account drivers/couriers who complete trips no lower than a certain service class. For example, select Comfort for the list to only include drivers with access to Comfort trips and higher.
If you want to hide or show additional columns in the report, click the word "Columns" to the right of the filters and select what you need.

What data the report includes

Information about rating: the rating of the driver/courier at the end of the period, as well as how the rating changed for the specified period, expressed in absolute values. 3. Activity: the number of trip requests offered to the driver/courier, complaints about forced cancellations, and successfully completed trips.
Note."Complaints about forced cancellations" and "Successfully completed trips" are shown both in absolute values and in relation to "Trip requests offered." 4. Shortcomings: the number of trips with low ratings for each driver or courier, the reasons for the most frequent user complaints, violations of Service standards.
Note."Main passenger complaints" and "Violations of service standards" may consist of several complaints or reasons. In this case, they're sorted by frequency. 5. High quality: this section only has one indicator — "Excellent orders." Only trips with a rating of 5 and a compliment (for example, "Comfortable driving") are included in this category. "Excellent orders" are shown both as an absolute value and in relation to "Trip requests offered."
