In the Vehicle Fleet section → Vehicles, you’ll find information about the vehicles used by your drivers and couriers.

This section consists of two parts: Filter and Table.
1. Filter
Filters help find the vehicles you need fast.
Use the Search field: enter the make or model of the car, or its registration number, and the system will show any matching cars in the Table.
Information can also be entered partially, for example, three digits of a registration number.
Data in the Table can also be filtered by Status, Category, and Services.
2. Table
The Table shows the vehicles with information that matches the selected filters.
Click the license plate number to open its card.
You can choose which columns to display in the report by clicking the table icon in the top right corner and ticking them.
If you want to download the table as a report, click Download next to it.
Employees can view the data in the table and save reports if they have the required Fleetroom access rights set in the Access Management section.
