Add vehicles
You need to enter data in Fleetroom about the cars your drivers and couriers use.

In the menu on the left, select the Fleet section and click Vehicles.
To create a new card, click ”+” and enter the vehicle’s information.
To save the card, all required fields must be completed. This includes the vehicle’s registration information and other documents in the Details tab, and Cod name in the Parameters tab.

If there’s a child safety seat, enter the brand and group. The group depends on the age and weight of children the seat is designed for. To read the tooltip, hover the mouse over the question mark. If a child safety seat is Isofix compatible, check the corresponding box (available after entering the number of child safety seats). The driver will need to pass a special photo check of the child safety seat or booster before going online.
If the car is branded (has a branded wrap), check the Stickers box. If there’s a lightbox on the roof, check the Lightbox box. The driver will have to pass an additional photo check to confirm the vehicle’s branding and/or lightbox.
Parameters tab
Code name (required field). Number for internal use to search vehicles in Fleetroom.
Enter Yes in the Fleet Car field if the car is owned by the taxi company.
Options tab
Only for taxi company trip requests. If the taxi company only works with Yandex Pro trip requests, ignore this tab.
Categories tab
Select the service classes your car is eligible for. To start receiving trip requests, you'll need to select at least one service class.
