Summary reports
Summary reports have all the important summarized information about how your taxi company is operating and are available fast. For example, you can see the number of new drivers and couriers, or Yango’s total fee for the month.

To open the report, in the left menu select Reports → Summary Reports. By default, data will be grouped “By drivers” for the last seven days. The report is updated daily.
How to work with summary reports
When grouping “By drivers”, you can filter by period, work terms, and drivers in the upper part of the report. After setting the filters, the report is updated automatically.
Note. When grouping “By drivers,” you can only view data for the last 45 days.
If you want to download the report as a table, click Download in the top right corner.
Hover over the question mark to see the date and time the data was last updated. To search by driver, vehicle, or trip, click the magnifying glass icon.
You can choose which columns to display in the report by clicking the table icon and ticking them.
Report grouped by drivers
The report has three sections: drivers, activity and finances.
● The drivers section shows a list of your drivers and their total number. When you click a driver’s name, their card opens in a new tab.
● In the activity section, you can evaluate the efficiency of drivers and your taxi company as a whole based on the number of completed trips and time online. When you click the number of trips, the Trip Report will open with filters already set for the selected driver and period.
● The financial indicators section shows the earnings of each driver and total fees. When you click any indicator, the Transaction Report will open with filters set by driver and report period.
You can set the report to be sorted by any indicator. To sort, click the icon to the right of the column name. Click it again if you want to change the order: ascending or descending.
Report grouped by date
The report shows data for the last year, broken down by month. Here you can’t apply filters by period, working conditions or drivers.
● The activity section shows the number of active vehicles and drivers/couriers, new drivers/couriers and completed trips. The report also shows driver and courier churn as a percentage. Clicking on any metric in the Driver Churn column opens the Driver Segments report. Check out the article for more information.
If you click the number of completed trips, the Trip Report will open. In both cases, the report will open with the filter already set for the selected month.
