The Driver Segments report helps you find drivers/couriers who didn't complete any trips or who have restrictions.
How to view the report
Go to the Employees section → Driver Segments. Then set the filters.
You can sort employees by work terms, status, and segment. Let's take a closer look at each field.
1. Work terms. Select employees with specific work terms. To select all, choose All Work Terms.
2. Status. You can create a list of working, non-working or terminated employees. For a report on all drivers and couriers, select All Statuses.
3. Segment. In this field, you can sort employees who stopped working, never started working, or whose access to trip requests is restricted.
4. For the period. This field is available if you selected Driver Churn previously. Specify how long the employees haven't worked.
What the report looks like
The report has a list of drivers and couriers. For each driver, you can see the date of their last trip, hire date, phone number, balance, and car model.
If an employee's access to trip requests is restricted, you'll see why in the Restriction Reason field.
If you don't know how to lift the restrictions, please contact Yango Pro Support in Fleetroom.
How to use the report
In the driver/courier list, check the Date of Last Trip and Restriction Reason fields. If the driver/courier hasn't completed any trips in a long time, and the Restriction Reason field is empty, please contact with driver/courier. Find out why they haven't been completing trips and enter the reason in the Comment field.
